Delivery & Returns

SOUTH AFRICA

We currently offer free delivery within South Africa on orders to the value of R700 and above. And yes we do accept exchanges and refunds! Please read further to familiarise yourself with the finer details.

 

When completing your purchase, you have the option to select which delivery or collection method you'd prefer. We offer national courier delivery (R60 for Cape Town area including Stellenbosch and Somerset West and R120 anywhere else in SA). We also offer the option to collect from our shop in Woodstock. Collections can be done Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm. Please wait until you have received an email from us notifying you that your order is ready for collection. 

 

For all pre-orders there is a waiting period of 1.5-2 weeks while we produce the order for you. Only items from our SALE section are in stock and will be processed and dispatched in 3-5 business days. Once dispatched with our courier (The Courier Guy) you will receive a shipping notification from us and your parcel will reach you within 1-2 days (to most areas). If your parcel is sent on a Friday you can expect Monday delivery. If you have selected to collect your order from us, please wait until you have received an email from us notifying you that your order is ready for collection. 

 

If you are not satisfied with your order you are welcome to return it to us provided it is unworn, unwashed and has the price tag in tact. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt of order. To request an exchange or return please email hello@kokomokokomo.com with your order number. 

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the order to us. We can also schedule the return on your behalf (using our courier). The local return cost is R60 and national return cost is R120 and this amount will be deducted from your refund. Your order will be exchanged once we have received and checked it. In the case of a refund you will be refunded in full (minus the returning shipping costs if applicable) once we have received and checked it.

INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to announce that we’re now offering a faster and more secure delivery method for international orders via FedEx and DHL! All orders will be charged a rate ranging between R400 and R600 (depending on size of order) and sent with FedEx international priority service / DHL Worldwide Express. Delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be delays in these services because of international flight delays. 

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of receipt of order. All international orders are shipped using FedEx or DHL. Orders are expected to take 3-5 working days to deliver, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information that you can use to track your order online. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes that might be levied by your country on receipt of order.

If you are not satisfied with your order you are welcome to return it to us provided it is unworn, unwashed and has the price tag in tact. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt of order. To request a return please email hello@kokomokokomo.com with your order number. We can't offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. Please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

We will email you once your return has been received and your refund will be issued.
